Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds before moving on to the next exercise! Repeat the circuit 2 times, it’s INTENSE!👏💦 With exercise number three (side plank reach through) I complete the full 40 sec for one side, then do the other side during the second circuit.
