Some of you may say I look fine with the photo on the left but I wasn't quite healthy with my mindset, was kinda lost on what I wanted to do with my life and had unhealthy habits even as a vegan. I was in and out of gym, never consistent, wasn't tracking my food intake, drinking a lot on vacation or whenever hanging out with friends.
The one on the right is from last show in September where I earned my NFF Pro Card. For the past year I've been going to the gym consistently, learned how to properly fuel my body as a vegan, found an amazing coach to help get me to where I am, I don't drink, I practice gratitude daily, set goals, and most importantly enjoy the process 💪🏾. It's important to understand that everyone's body works differently and just doing some workout program you found on the internet won't get you the results you truly desire or it might take much longer. I found a coach @korinsutton who understands different body types and knows how to transform the body with a vegan lifestyle.
I love my progress and this took a long time with consistency, dedication, mistakes along the way and days where I didn't make it to the gym or yet eat what I was suppose to.
