Be somebody nobody thought you could be.. Started my journey 9 months ago and today I feel like im on top of the world ... went from a 2xl to a XS, Did it all on my own no programs.. no advice. Many doubted me but today I can say I proved them wrong. I am no longer the FAT friend I'm now the FIT friend. My confidence is high, I'm at my healthiest, and the ones I love are truly proud of me today. #learningtolovemyself#fitnotfat#proudofmyself#highconfidence#nevergoingback
First time I make an all Keto recipe and WOW, I am in love. This is the tastiest and easiest recipe I have cooked in a while. Meal prepping and eating healthy can be SOOO easy, we just are not used to actually do it, but once you start, you will never go back! .
If you want to know the recipe for this meal, send me a quick DM ;) .
It’s hard to think that I’ve been on #keto for about 2 months. I’m still the same size in my clothes but they definitely fit better. I feel better. The mental clarity has improved. It wasn’t until I was going through my pictures on my phone that I saw the difference in my face. 20lbs is 20 lbs and clearly I lost it in my face!! Here’s to the next 20!! #fitnotfat#ketoaf#facegains#ketolifestyleworksforme
Omg. My legs are already aching!! After my day of sliiiiightly overindulging, I planned a hefty legs session for myself. Not that I felt I should have punished myself for it, I just like to restore balance a little bit, so I worked a little harder than normal 🤪 . . .
I always do the compound movements like squats first, and do as much as/of many as possible. This gets the HR up the highest. I go lighter with the other exercises, and I like to finish with a bit of cardio and running always seems like the best way . . .
#PT pack ran out this week; time to whip out the plastic. Again. So - in honour of this momentous, and painful, occasion - I decided to make it a #doubleday. Because yes, I may soon be bankrupt, but at least I’m gonna be bankrupt and HOT
On an entirely unrelated issue, anyone know how one might go about selling an organ? Asking for a friend...

So, as predicted, my #julyrunningchallenge has helped me locate the running bug I used to have (but accidentally left behind on a Maldivian island in favour of swimming in the Indian Ocean!)
The challenge I laid out for myself was simple: run every single day in July. So far so good. I deliberately haven't focused on pace or distance. I just wanted to get active and start making improvements to my dwindling fitness levels.
JOB DONE! RUNNING BUG LOCATED best thing about it, July isn't even over yet
And then today I discovered @raceatyourpace and have since signed up to their August challenge to run 25 miles over the course of the month at my own pace. Brilliant, and perfect for a pretendy-runner novice like myself complete with medals and compression t-shirts...what's not to like?!
I have always had the London Marathon on my bucket list. Won't be any time soon, but one day I will get there
Special thanks to @spanjee - I started this challenge because of you
