I'm recently using the firm tofu a lot in my sauté recipes and it turns into a basic in my fridge. I put it in the pan until it gets brown and then I added the spices that fit in with the recipe. Could be italians, provenance ones or asian style. This time I put some low salt soya sauce and the stir fry mix! A rice side as my carb content aaand that's all! I promise I'm going to post pics again as usual or at least I'll try!
