Glad I actually got into the gym today somehow. I think I might take a little break from social media to kind of just relax and figure out my life a bit Sometimes we just need some time away ♀️

Can’t stop smiling because my girls just completed their first full week of this awesome nutrition plan! They are sharing their recipes, their triumphs and their unbelievable weight loss! Anywhere from 2-10 pounds in their first week! And most of them are NOT working out! Keep rocking girls. I am so proud of each and every one of you!! Learning is more than knowing something new; rather, it involves doing something new. The process of learning naturally involves making mistakes. Successful people make more mistakes than anyone; but they learn from them. To correct and learn from a mistake, you need to become aware of it. Awareness of a problem is the beginning of the solution. I understand what it feels like: the insecurity of not feeling comfortable, thinking that everyone is judging you, that people criticize you and think that you’re just a lazy person and that’s the reason you’re overweight. I don’t want anyone to feel this way.
I want you to take the reins of your life and decide to change. Only you can do that. Nobody else.
You are not alone and the way to change is simple:
1- Set goals for yourself
2- Join a gym
3- Follow a nutrition plan
4- HULK: smash!
Your only rival is you, nobody else.
If you feel that someone is judging you for wanting to achieve a healthy life, then follow these steps:
1. Don’t even care! Most likely that person has an insecurities that don’t let them understand that people we want to improve day by day.♂️
2. Who cares what others think? The reality is that you are the one who must be sure of what you want to do. This change will benefit YOU.♂️ -
3. Eliminate toxic people from your life and find people who want to improve the world with their presence in this life.
Change your way of seeing things. Each one of us is struggling to reach a goal and we do not know. We never know what others are going through, good or bad. Life will always teach us something. Enjoy the good and learn from the bad. Things are always better than worse, ENJOY!
Anything you want to achieve in your life requires CONSTANCE, MOTIVATION and TIME. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Be patient, take it day by day and eventually you’ll reach the healthy body you are looking for. Hard work always pays off.

As I lay here, reminiscing about this past year, I can’t help but smile. I’ve had a challenging year. It was my first year living alone and I just transferred to SDSU. However, I’ve met so many amazing people and made so many incredibly friends. Yes, tensions definitely grew since most of us were in all the same classes, but we pulled through and are stronger for it. I am going to miss taking classes with you while I am abroad next year. Just save all your homework and exams for me to look at. I love and appreciate all my friends that I’ve made this past year.

Chasing PR's...♂️♂️ Props to @emmalovewell and @djjohnmichael for a great 45 min ride this afternoon. Didn't quite hit my PR, but came close. I must have been insane last week when I set it. Still in the top 5% of riders so it was a definite success. The leaderboard definitely fuels my competitive fire to do my best.
Beach weekend is over. Not too sad though; I head to Orlando the weekend after next! BUT back to the grind this week! Gonna do a cleanse to get rid of all the junk food this past weekend lol. Only water and fresh foods this week! Also going back to my 6 day split! ♀️#letsgetit

What’s the craziest place you’ve ever barred? We have to admit, it’s the perfect activity to pass the time at the grocery store🤭
You may think this looks little but trust me, it’s not.
That right there is a 32 ounce smoothie with 50 grams of protein in it (also has 1.5 cups of spinach in it). Protein powder is from @cmsupplements and its vegan vanilla. On the top right has 6 cups of steamed mixed organic greens in it and the bottom bowl has 1 cup of mixed berries in it.

Guess buckling 3 years in a row wasn't to be... My hip was healed, but not healed enough for a buckle. Only 40 miles this year I got 15 miles in averaging 1:20/1:30 for our 5 mile loops and then my hip started acting up. Took a break after 25, got taped up, and went back out for 15 more before I decided it wasn't worth it with another 100 mile attempt in 2 weeks... It was a hard pill to swallow with all the stuff surrounding this year's event. That being said, I'm glad I got to do a lap with Tito and help him earn his buckle!!! Miss you brother!

workout smart not hard then you got me paying attention for good.
Triceps exercise with pulley: Pull back all the way till you feel the burn on the tris. Oh and trust me you will feel it! This can work on any machine that has a pulley but lower weights are always first, work smart not hard people. Don’t need no hospital visits in the middle of the night so now let’s get it !!
Ahhh free at last.. a workout without all the background noise and just me by myself isolated in a sauna like environment!! No talking, no yakkiddy yak. Just go out and work it, let the arms do the talking and oh, you will see the results. Stop reading this and go.. no need to be here *psht go workout* stop staying on the phone.♀️
