Das Training gestern war wirklich noch richtig gut ! Manchmal muss man sich einfach aufraffen und die Sache durch ziehen. Ich hatte dann die Schultern und den Bauch trainiert - meine Schultern haben nach dem Training gut gebrannt. Zusammen mit dem dreistündigen Kanu fahren war das echt ein super (sportlicher) Tag.
Heute morgen gab es wieder Eier mit Speck und einen entspannten Serien/Filme Vormittag. Anschließend bin ich dann noch zum Training gefahren und habe Rücken-Bizeps trainert. Es tut echt gut, regelmäßig zu trainieren! Diese Woche war es nun 5 Trainingseinheiten. Ein guter Schnitt
Gerade gab es für mich noch einen leckeren Grillteller. Natürlich ohne Pommes oder Dressing. Morgen früh geht es dann zum Training, da probiere ich dann ein anderes Training aus als sonst.
Ich hoffe, ihr hattet alle ein schönes Wochenende und wart auch so sportlich unterwegs !
I know many of you set a goal to keep your training going during the summer. If it didn't go as planned so far don't beat yourself up about it. Guilt will ALWAYS lead to more self-sabotage.
Understand yourself. Be nice to yourself. You're doing your best and that is better than enough.

Now I’m a sadistic mother f🤬cker when it comes to lower body training, I don’t care what anyone says, if you want to grow your legs then you’re going to have to push past pain, you’re going to have to mentally go to a place you’ve never been before and quite frankly you’re going to have to learn to love it
Having someone to train with is a massive bonus, especially if they are just as crazy as you are! That way when they set a bench mark your only option is to not just match it by try your damn hardest to beat it
Walking lunges to failure is a sure fire way to find pain, chances are not many people even add them into there training in the first place as they are a spicy son of a bitch ~
Grab a weight that’s challenging for 20 reps then once the 20 reps is up close your eyes, say a little prayer to the gods and keep fucking going!! ♂️
