Asides from the lacking amount of exercise (well, would YOU feel like doing any on very little sleep and after a flight?!) I'm pretty happy with how yesterday turned out considering I was only scooting around the airport, on a plane, and napping/catching up with family all day

Trying to put on size is so damn tough. Not impossible but tough and requires a hell of a lot more patience than I have sometimes...almost want to give up sometimes then I remember why I started. I set a goal for my self and I’m not stopping until that goal is met. If you think cutting is easy try growing while eating clean and stayin lean.
Ive been at this for months and I’m at the point where I just don’t see any #progress anymore. I know it’s there because I put in my work both in the #gym and in the kitchen. I will admit last 2 weeks have been a roller coaster for me and I fell behind schedule. Today, I feel that I am in a better place both physically and mentally, ready to kick things up a notch. Thinking The next show may even be postponed to 2019 at this point, but nothing is for sure yet. ♂️♂️
Sinds ik dit jaar verslaafd ben geraakt aan Crossfit is de tijd die ik doorbreng in de gym steeds minder geworden, maar gisteren heb sinds lange tijd weer eens schouders en rug getraind en dat was fijn , dus vanaf nu is het streven om naast het crossfitten één keer in de week te gaan fitnessen, want ook dat draagt bij aan betere prestaties tijden het crossfitten

Intensity is key - Focus on compound movements to engage them properly
• Train with isolation sparingly - meaning less is more so don't over train!
• Rest - Again people can attain great physiques by training smarter not harder
