•First video- Holding on with one hand, hinging over to touch the dumbbell on the floor!

•Second Video- Not holding anything, hinging over to you how the dumbbell on the floor!

•Third Video- Not holding anything, holding a dumbbell (weight of ur choosing), hinging over with the weight!
SLOWLY work yourself into it! Balance is key, and a huge part of fitness! Keeping working towards your goals!

The Circuit master, slight tweak on yesterday’s circuit (Rower).. Besides I wasn’t happy with the quality of the recording. Anyway this one was 2 Rounds of 8 x 45 second exercises 15 secs rest. Workout is as follow’s 👇🏽👇🏽

Everyone keeps asking when my next show is going to be, but honestly, I have a lot more important things I need to focus on in my life right now. I graduate in December and will be starting my life at the end of this year. Life is hectic, so I’m keeping my focus narrow and stepping on stage right now is the least of my concerns. Competing will always be my passion, but something I will have to revisit next year. Until then, I’ll keep grinding and building this physique to be the best that it can be for when I do compete again.

Since yesterday was #flexfriday 💪. lol I use to think, "oh noo I'm going to get huge if I even touch weights", but thats not true! You can literally just firm and tone your target areas 🙌 Ex: That side #backfat is a b***h to get rid of 😥 But so worth it when it starts going away. 😂 I will be posting great back #workouts soon👍 Tip: #pushups and #planking is awesome!

Just a little visual perspective to remind you that small progress is in fact still progress. Muscle ALWAYS weighs more than fat. Your scale is unreliable but your clothes will not lie. Everyone looks for the “quick fix” but slow and steady is what always wins the race. If you stay consistent in your training, and mindful about your food choices it’s going to work. PROMISE!! When choosing dishes with fat remove the carb component, when having dishes high in carbs eliminate the fat component. Keep sugary foods to once per week. Don’t go more than two days without working out and together this will help you stay on track. Need an added push? Msg for info about having one of our accountability coaches.

I wanna break something down for you...
Stick with me here.
There are 24 hrs in a day, 5 days in a work week (for all my mon-fri peeps).
-
On average you work 40 hrs a week, assume 2 hr (roundtrip) commute for work, 8 hrs sleep every night (if your lucky).
That leaves you with 30 hrs per work week, about 6 hrs a day to do whatever tf you wanna do.
6 hrs PER DAY.
-
Think of how much of that probably gets wasted.
Now think of all the things you keep wishing you had time for. 💡lightbulb💡

You do have time. You just dont have your priorities straight.

So, get out a pen and paper ✒📒 (old school style) and write down a plan.

If you start every day intentional like that, you'll start to see just how much you can do with the same 6 hrs ❤
