My go-to exercises and tips for legs and glutes of steel.🦵🍑
#1 Hip thrusts are the ultimate guide to strong hamstrings and booty gains I can’t preach this enough.
#2 Glute activation BEFORE your workout. Get out your resistance bands (I use @gracefitguide bands and they are 🔥) and get those muscles burnin’.
#3 Eat. You need calories to build muscle. You are doing yourself a disfavor if you are working out without supplementing it with food.
#4 I suggest working legs 2-3x a week depending on your recovery. There are a lot of muscles in the lower body and dividing quads, calves, glutes , and hamstrings between 2 days can help target specific areas/muscles.
#5 Lift heavy. Body weight and endurance exercises are great but don’t build those murves (muscle + curves). Gotta pick up the heavy stuff to see the major gains.😏 #fittips

- 15 x Donkey Kicks (each leg)
- 15 x Single Leg Lifts (each leg)
- 20 x Squat Pulses - 10 x Fire Hydrants w/ extension (each leg)
- 20 x Glute Bridge abductors
