Using coffee grinder , grind the seeds into flour. .
Warm the oat milk in pot, I mixed the seeds flour with water until like liquid, add to warm oat consistently mixing as you add. Bring to boil, add honey and enjoy hot or warm. .
High in nutrition, protein, fiber.. wonderful for breastfeeding 🤱 mama. . .
Note: I didn’t grind my seeds like flour, that’s why ya can see the seeds. Normally it is not showing. .
