Started Friday with clean hair! Who am I?! Had my weekly chiro appt this morning, and my hip and D12 were both out. I need my body to get it together! .
Hit the gym afterwards to close out week 7 of #lgsummerfitcation! Today was all about the biceps and triceps. Kept the weights moderate, and tossed in @docjenfit's core stability at the end. Ab work is my jam lately! .
Got home and headed to Tejon Ranch with my friend/neighbor for a little bit of retail therapy. @lecreuset wasn't a win today, but it's probably for the best! .

This workout was Bench 1RM Attempts:
47.5kg/104.5lbs Sometimes my workouts suck.
Sometimes I can't lift what I lifted last week, let alone more.
Sometimes I cry while I work out due to frustration.
Not every workout is amazing and some are tough AF! 🤬
But days like this are good learning tools... See, as I spent my morning frustrated with these failed attempts, my coach @battlingbroscience looked at it as an opportunity Lou saw what he needed to do in order to progress my lift and the appropriate changes will be made to my programming.
One more training session left of this #deloadweek then onto this new training block!

So, it’s been a little over four years since I’ve started this weight loss adventure and today, for whatever reason, I’m just feeling really good about the progress I’ve made, so here’s a before and after.
I did my first test to see where I’m at for the Half Iron Man training. Worked up to 185X5 for 20min and then 1XAMRAP at about 60% (115lbs) for 26.
This was followed by a 30min swim for distance. Definitely need to work on the swimming. I was able to do 25M 46 times, and honestly have no idea if that’s good or bad for a first attempt. My guess is bad because I was struggling.
