Holy guacamole! I did about an hour and a half of working out today! I am going to be sore! .
I went to a Bands and Balance class this morning, with my Momma! I am so proud of her! She has been taking some steps to get back into fitness. She is completing the 21 day fix right now and taking a few classes with friends! She is crushing it! I decided to join in on the fun this morning, but of course, after I was not going let myself skip cardio core! Safe to say this girl is going to be taking it easy the rest of the day! .
4 Reps W/ 110lbs on OHP.
That last rep was a grinder!! Haha OHP is turning into one of my favorite workouts.
I’m not really sure what I want to hit on OHP in the near future. I’m kinda just going based on what my program says and so far it’s been pretty easy moving up. I’m sure I’ll be hitting a plateau on it soon enough tho. Until then I’m loving it!!
I could’ve been a cheerleader in HS Too bad I weighed almost 60lbs less back then lmao.
