So this morning we had a nice long sweaty partner workout that I LOVED and I stuck around after for open gym to work on some of my skills. I don’t remember the last time I even attempted to kick up to the wall to do a handstand hold so today I decided to try and work on kicking up to the wall. I have never been able to even touch the wall before and today I DID IT! I touched the wall!! Clearly my form needs work still and I wasn’t able to get both feet up at the same time, but for me, this is HUGE! This is one of the many reasons I love @crossfit. It has taken me 3 years to get to this point but without #crossfit I would still be mindlessly running away on the treadmill not getting anywhere and not proving to myself that I am capable of things I never thought were possible #cfbg

Delicious belated Eid meal with some of the family who we took out to Edgware Road -- great thing about this place is the complimentary daal before and naans throughout your meal, all on the house! As we were quite a big group, they also threw in a few of their extra large special naans covered in seasame seeds, so the service is definately not a downfall here. As usual, the mixed grill went down a treat, and none of it was too oily or too dry (and more than enough to go around, as theres so much hidden beneath the first layer of grilled veggies on top). To end, the complimentary baklava and green tea definately sealed the deal 😋

☀️summer typically means break time and you know what that means? Vacay!!! You’re going to get thrown out of you mojo, and that’s probably a good thing. You need a break. But, I get it. You don’t want to lose ALL progress that you’ve been hustlin all summer for! Below are my top 3 tips for going on vacation and not sabotaging ALL your weight loss goals!!! —>
🍫Pack protein bars and powder or snacks you love. I’m a firm believer that if you track anything- track your protein intake on vacation! If you have protein powder, you can have a post workout shake, easy peasy. Hungry? Reach for a protein bar instead of some of the less good for you things. —>
🧢Pack workout clothes. If ya bring them, you’re more likely to get a workout in. It doesn’t have to be the same caliber of workout that you do at home. Utilize IG or Pinterest to find something fun to do that you wouldn’t normally. And, it’ll probably feel real good to move that body after a little extra food or drank. —>
💦Bring a water bottle. Staying hydrated is important for so many freaking reasons. It satiates your hunger, is generally good for you if you’re on the move or in the sun, and keeps you from dying. Plus I find when I am actively thinking about drinking water, I am typically a healthier person. Order it with your lunch booze, or chug a few 32 oz cups in the morning. Stay hydrated my friend. —>
🐡lets be real, if you’re anything like me you’re going to return from vacation feeling like that puffer. But, having a small awareness and taking a few steps towards healthier choices can make all the difference when you come

This was taken at Cora Restaurant. I had the Undecided with the crepe, eggs, potatoes and peameal bacon. 🍳 My second little dish is the kids meal with a chocolate chip pancake, bacon, egg and potatoes. 🍪 Aaron had the meal with three chocolate chip pancakes, turkey bacon, eggs and potatoes. 🥞 Everything came with toast too! 😱 🍞

СПОРТ ПИТ И ДОБАВКИ 💊Большинство ошибочно полагают, что спортивные добавки только для качков, или просто не понимают их ценность. Когда я купила протеин, моя мама мне сказала – «это же вредно!». Ага. Многие также думают, что начав пить протеин тебя разнесет, и ты сразу станешь супер качком с выпирающими наружу огромными мышцами. АГА.
Развею миф по поводу протеина: он лишь помогает добрать норму белка в рационе. ВСЕ! Он не накачивает ваши мышцы, не наполняет вас химикатами и не делает абсолютно НИЧЕГО помимо добора белка. Так что если вы добираете норму белка из обыкновенных продуктов, протеин вам не нужен. Лично я начала использовать протеин только сейчас, когда я ушла в достаточно большой дефицит по углеводам и мне пришлось поднять количество белка, чтобы не терять много мышц.
Ладно, с протеином все понятно. Но есть и другие добавки, которые лично я бы назвала незаменимыми для человека (особенно тренирующегося). ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀1. 💊Омега – 3.
Три важнейшие жирные кислоты (АЛК, ЭПК, ДГК), которые наш организм НЕ способен синтезировать в полной мере самостоятельно. Об их пользе можно бесконечно читать в Интернете, и это все будет правдой. Они действительно незаменимы. По большому счету их можно брать из льняного масла (но там только АЛК, из которой в принципе могут образовываться остальные две, но не в том объеме, который нужен), рыба (но надо ее съесть достаточно много, чтобы получить необходимую дозу), поэтому я бы советовала просто приобрести уже готовые добавки Омега – 3, в которых собраны правильные дозировки.
2. 💊Поливитаминные препараты.
В одной таблетке собран весь комплекс необходимых витаминов для нашей повседневной жизни. Я бы советовала opti-men (для мужчин) и opti-women (для девушек), так так по набору витамин, на мой взгляд, они в числе лидеров. Посмотрите их состав на iherb, будете удивлены тем, как много в них витаминов.
3. 💊CoQ10.
Поддержка нашему сердечку всегда необходима, особенно если вы тренируетесь. CoQ10 помогает поддерживать функцию сердца, стимулировать выработку энергии в клетках, сокращение мышц и синтез белка.

Первый вопрос который я задаю,когда речь идёт о кето диете:"Вы сможете убрать полностью один элемент в питании?" 🤔Я думаю что нет.
Я считаю что мир очень тусклый без углеводов 😁И это факт ☝️
Кето диета подразумевает набор калорийности из жиров и белков,при минимуме углеводов,чтобы войти в состояние кетоза☝️Не буду я вам тут описывать все эти процессы. Оно не особо интересно.
Мое мнение,кето диета,это удел соревнующихся спортсменов💪Да и то я таких встречал очень мало. Или это удел людей,которые не любят углеводы,а таких не существует 😁
Лично я ни с кем из моих подопечных эту схему не применял и также не пробовал ее сам☝️И не хочу. Я знаю что это однозначно не мое. Даже если речь идёт о коротком периоде времени🎯
Если говорить о плюсах и минусах🤔
Возможно плюс это меньший голод🐷За счёт того что грамм жира~9 ккал. Но это спорный момент,так как все зависит от общей калорийности рациона ☝️Я имею ввиду голод.
Минус-отсутствие наполненности в мышцах💪И это факт,так как гликогена в них по сути нет и ему неоткуда взяться.
Возможно кто-то скажет что при такой диете показатели холестерина и показатели почек оставляют желать лучшего🤔Тоже спорный момент. Я знаю человека который пробовал данную схему,причем не короткий промежуток времени и его показатели были в норме 👌
Повторюсь,это всего лишь мое мнение и вам я его не навязываю😚
Если кто из вас пробовал данную схему,опишите свои ощущения 👌

Ringrazio tutti coloro che durante le mie giornate chiedono o fanno domande che riguardano allenamento/nutrizione, perché è grazie a queste discussioni che partorisco questi post! 😂
Oggi l'omino ci parla dei cibi integrali.. fanno bene? Quando possiamo mangiarli? 😞
Oggi si mangia sempre più processato, cibi poco nutrienti e ricchi di ingredienti poco sani.. 😠 dunque mangiar integrale 🍞 (cereali,pasta,farina, pane...) o alimenti ricchi di fibre e meno lavorati, può sicuramente dare quel pizzico di amore in più al nostro corpo che saprà ben ringraziare.. ❤️

Nell'ottica dell'allenamento muscolare però, attenzione al timing per l'assunzione di questi cibi fibrosi e leggete bene ciò che spiega l'omino 😉

Client Testimonial: “Doing 2 bootcamps almost back to back is certainly not for the faint hearted! However, this one was very different.
I achieved good results on the first so this wasn’t about dropping a load more weight or body fat. This was about getting a healthy balance of calories, across all macros groups, a healthy regime of exercise and more importantly learning how to fuel my body to maintain a lean physique. A prescribed meal plan does not work for me personally and because I don’t eat certain food groups when I do follow this method my calories are too low.
I had started to get an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise, not least starving myself if I did not have the specific prescribed meal as a choice 👎🏼 over training and under eating are common but can also be a recipe for disaster health wise.

I can hand on heart say that I haven’t missed any foods or drinks! I’ve had 3 business trips abroad, 2 weddings and lots of Haribos, pizza, curry, gin, Chinese.....😂 With Robs help I have dropped body fat, gained muscle but most importantly learned how to sustain this 👌🏻 Let’s also not forgot the rest of the team ❤️ The support has been amazing and the banter even better 😬 This wasn’t like a regular bootcamp, this was actually fun 🤣#bootcamp #transformation #elitefitness #macrotracking #flexiblediet

SIGNORI UN RAGAZZINO DEL 1975... GIANLUCA È UNA BELLA SFIDA!
Questo giovanotto, ex ballerino, con una mobilità spaziale e la pelle come la velina è un mostro di ossidazione e adattamento!
Calibrando allenamento su fondamentali e alimentazione in funzione di bulk (ma visto il livello di tiraggio impostata come una reverse) dopo 2 mesi siamo qui: siamo passati da 2100kcal a 2700 gradualmente e il signorino nella prima fase si è tirato. Ancora oggi si adatta velocissimamente agli aumenti e dovremo salire sicuramente a soglia 3000kcal e vediamo che succede. Il grasso è rimasto al 5%, l’idratazione ha raggiunto soglia 75% e abbiamo aumentato qualche misura. Quello che si nota è una maggiore pienezza aumentando i carboidrati. Lui puó permettersi di viaggiare a medie di grassi più alte di quanto sono abituato ad usare....🧐 Sempre sul pezzo, molto diligente e scrupoloso @gianlucagaspano grandissimo lavoro e siamo all’inizio 🤩

So who doesn't love making progress ey!? Well, sometimes we are and we trick ourselves into thinking we're not. This is why it's always recommended that you take 2 measures of progress but ideally 3.

⚖️ So the scales have got a bit of a bad name - people calling them 'The Sad Step', however, the scales are really one of the most accurate ways to track progress. What you have to remember here is your body weight will fluctuate.

Eating late at night, hormones (time of the month), stress, meals high in sodium the day before and dehydration.

^^ All of the above can cause weight fluctuations so just because your weight hasn't moved doesn't mean you're not progressing if you've been sticking to your set targets/plan/goals.

This is why daily weigh ins can be so powerful. You're able to take an average for the week and really see if you are progressing or not, but also see how your body reacts to certain foods/situations.

📊 Measurements - One of the best ways to track progress. Just make sure you're measuring the same place each time. You wouldn't believe how many get this wrong.

📸Progress Pictures - These really are one of the best ways of tracking progress. Make sure if you can you get some good lighting and preferably take the photos in the same spot again. Oggi mi sono svegliata di luna storta, ho deciso di allenarmi ed è andata alla grande. Quindi colgo l'occasione per parlarvi di un tema che mi sta particolarmente a cuore.
Quante volte vi siete sentiti dire che la RABBIA è un sentimento negativo? Io infinite. Sono sempre stata una persona particolarmente nervosa, anche da piccola. Non vi sto neanche a raccontare tutte le volte che mi hanno rimproverata per questo.
Ma sapete che c'è? La rabbia è un sentimento che è stato condannato nel Medioevo. E da allora per uno scrupolo moralistico totalmente superficiale è stata sempre rigettata e coperta con le più stupide scuse.
Io non mi sento in colpa per le mie incazzature. Per quanto mi riguarda, la rabbia è uno dei sentimenti più nobili, soprattutto quando si impara a trasformarla in ENERGIA. Tutto quello che ho concluso nella mia vita è stato solo grazie alla mia rabbia, che mi ha sempre portata a cercare uno sfogo.
