I also spoke about this recently at my last seminar on the importance your environment can f*ck up, or help whether you struggle or find the day to day dieting for weight-loss simple.

People underestimate just how important their environment is. It's assumed that you're an adult so therefore can surely handly something such as your workplace or home.
.

The two main places I see this happen are...
.
PEOPLE - If you're surrounded by people who are constantly bagging on your goals, or don't pay attention to their own health, there's a very good chance you're going to struggle to make a change.
.
This sounds hard to believe, but it's true. You see, humans are social animals, and we mimic other people's behaviors so that we fit in with our social pack. This means that it's easy to become accustomed to bad habits if that's what we're surrounded by constantly.
.
I've personally moved away from plenty of people in the past that were poorly influencing me and what I wanted from my life. .
FOOD - The food environment plays a huge role. Never in our history have we been surrounded by, and have had such easy access to, extremely delicious, calorie-dense foods.
.
If your house and workplace are full of hyperpalatable foods (high-fat / moderate-sugar, or processed to make it easier), the chances of you consuming them are extremely high.
.
If you don't keep these types of foods in the house or around the workplace, the chances of you overeating are greatly reduced.
.
Change your environment and your environment will change you.

Sabe aqueles dias que você precisa guardar créditos pra comer tranquila no jantar? 😬 Aí eu lanço mão do Konjac, conhecem? Infelizmente no Brasil não é tão fácil achar, mas esse arroz de Konjac, que é uma planta asiática com baixíssimas calorias e carboidratos, apenas 17kcal por 100g de arroz. No caso do macarrão são 9kcal por 100g 😍 permitindo saciedade com pouquíssimas calorias 💜 o gosto não é bom 🤷🏻‍♀️ mas neutro o suficiente pra investirmos em um temperinho 💁🏻‍♀️ no macarrão é mais simples, um molho vermelho ou o de sua preferência já é suficiente, em relação ao arroz, eu optei pelo leite de coco, sal e ervas 🥥 Barriga cheia e consciência tranquila pra aproveitar mais a próxima refeição 😇 Um ótimo domingo pessoal 😙
