I woke up lstarvinggg this morning- like literally had hunger pangs in my stomach🙈.. Fast breakfast was necessary!! @ggfiber sunflower seed crisps + @kalotsuperfood espresso fruit & nutbutter (again😍, all under pink himilayan salt sprinkles (duh) with a very large cup of café☕️👌🏼.. Don’t be fooled, these crisps are super filling as they’re fiber packed and always satisfying to the palate too👅 .. It’s going to be a gorgeous day today and the goal is to get into the sun and give my body some activity while the baby has some fun🌳☀️.. Wishing all a happy Saturday xx

My lovely #vwpolo passed its MOT this morning and had a little service. 🙂
Shocked to hear from the company who did the work, that the last people, @halfords_uk didn’t carry or the work properly... in line with what I paid for, for my full service! But considering it was over a year ago now, I don’t have a leg to stand on, to have a moan...
But, anyhow, I will not be going back to #Halfords for any car work, but instead, staying local, helping my extremely local (and very knowledgeable!) garage. 🙂
Just be careful who you put your trust in with your vehicles guys... half the time, they’re not as honest as you think they are!

Az eredmény engem is meglepett, 5,0 volt az éhgyomros mérésem, evés után 1,5 órával 4,8-át mutatott a mérő🤨Pedig 50 g zabpehely(ami ugye egy lassú felszívódású CH), egy egész banán(ami gyors felszívodású), tejsavófehérje és pár kocka cukormentes-málnás csoki és fagyasztott málna jelentette a reggelimet🤗 És aztán a hatásomra az egész család lemérte a vércukorszintjét🙈 Szuper dolog!💕 Titeket is biztatok erre, az egészség a legfontosabb, érdemes néha ezt megejteni💪🏾én meg amúgy is hipochonder vagyok(környezetem nagyon örül ennek, főleg @bujdosorsolya 😂❤️) úgyhogy kell az ilyen visszajelzés, hamarosan egy teljes vérképet is csináltatok majd, minden hormonra kiterjedően🤗

I live for breakfast....eat it any time if day. I’ve been seeing this little number floating around the Instagram world and decided to try it myself. It couldn’t get anymore simple-homemade McGriddles!

I simply used my @pamcakespancakes buttermilk pancake mix and made them in my mini waffle maker. Topped with Canadian bacon, egg beaters, cheese and @waldenfarmsinternational syrup. Mmmmhmmm!

Aber ich sage euch, er schmeckt auch ohne die zwei drei verschwiegenen Zutaten wie ein #Träumchen

R E Z E P T ⬇️
Für eine große oder zwei kleine Portionen
(ich ess sie selbstverständlich alleine ☠️🙈) Ich hatte:
100g Nudeln
140g Hähnchenbrustfilet
60g Ruccola
40g grüne Oliven
14g Pinienkerne
8g Olivenöl
2 TL Oliven Wasser
Handvoll Basilikum
1 Spritzer Süßstoff (ich hatte Stevia flüssig)
Salz und Pfeffer
◾️◾️◾️
Die Nudeln kochen.
Das Hähnchen in etwas Öl scharf anbraten, pfeffern und salzen, beiseite stellen (man kann auch ein halbes Grillhähnchen nehmen, das gehört zum eigentlichen Rezept ursprünglich dazu, jedoch möchte ich ja kalorienarm kochen)
Die Pinienkerne anrösten und die Oliven in Streifen schneiden.
Die Vinaigrette wird aus dem restlichen Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Süßstoff etwas Olivenwasser und etwas Basilikum angerührt.
Alles (unbedingt erkaltet) in eine Schüssel geben, die #Vinaigrette verteilen und schön vermengen. Den restlichen Basilikum noch gezupft zum Salat geben.

Durchgezogen schmeckt er übrigens noch mal viiiiel besser. Aber so lange kann ich meist nicht warten 😃😄😅
Es ist ein toller #Salat zum vorbereiten und perfekt für Grillabende, Buffets und Co.

It is official. I cannot make protein pancakes!! Blitzed one scoop of powder with 2 eggs, small banana & a dash of almond milk. Used @myproteinuk flavdrops & butterscotch sauce too. They stuck to the pan, burnt & generally just ended up a mess. What am I doing wrong?! Luckily they tasted better than they looked 🙈

Not the most aesthetic breakfast but I promise it tastes good, is v filling for little calories and has lots of micronutrients too 😋

Courgette and carrot omelette:
• 100g grated courgette
• 40g grated carrot
• 250g egg whites • handful of spinach • smoked salmon

Simply mix the courgette and carrot into the egg whites and throw it into the pan as you would an omelette, then add the spinach to one time, flip the other side over the top and cook for a couple of mins each side for a high protein, low carb, micronutrient dense breakfast ✔️

Non sono solita mettere post in cui mostro il mio corpo o parlo della mia vita in generale. Però dato che state crescendo (e per questo vi ringrazio), ho deciso di mostrare come in 6 mesi di allenamento il mio corpo sia cambiato. In realtà ho notato i veri cambiamenti da gennaio, quando al mio allenamento in sala pesi ho aggiunto il trx, attività che lavora con il peso del corpo e che adoro. Non vi nego che momenti di difficoltà ci siano stati, vedere il corpo che cambia, vedersi gonfi, non piacersi.. Poi, per chi come me, non ha mai avuto un bel rapporto con il cibo, é ancora più difficile. Ma so che mi piace quello che faccio e continuerò a farlo, senza permettere a niente e a nessuno di interferire. C'è sempre da migliorarsi, l'importante è la costanza e la pazienza. Elementi fondamentali per chi sceglie di seguire questo stile di vita. Alimentazione sana ed allenamento costante.
Scusate il papiro, ma voglio cominciare a mostrarmi e a parlare di più con voi.
Tranquilli che le mie colazioni ci saranno sempre 😂❤️

🥤Staying hydrated is key to recovery with water helping to accelerate parasympathetic reactivation after high-intensity exercise (Peçanha et al. 2014). Massage is another modality which acts to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and its affects on recovery, although small, are still clinically relevant (Poppendieck et al. 2016). Similarly, having a warm bath also puts the body into a parasympathetic state, causing vasodilation and increased circulation🔥

🧘Finally, yoga has been shown to attenuate DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), causing improvements in Visual Analog Scale scores. Not surprisingly, most of the foods rated as addictive were processed foods. These foods were usually high in sugar, fat or both. The least addictive foods were almost all whole, unprocessed foods.⠀

Processed foods are usually engineered to be "hyperpalatable" - so they taste super good.⠀

The brain has a reward center, which lights up and starts secreting dopamine and other feel-good chemicals when we eat.⠀

This reward center explains why most of us "enjoy" eating. It makes sure that we eat enough food to get all the energy and nutrients that we need.⠀

Eating processed junk food releases massive amounts of feel-good chemicals, compared to unprocessed foods. This yields a much more powerful "reward" in the brain.⠀

Current shape 👙 No fucks given, no filters, no make up (ok I have eyelash extensions 💁🏼‍♀️) and shockingly no fake tan 😱; just trying to keep my insta REAL. I make sure I’m hitting my protein goal, lower carbs in the mornings, having the majority of my carbs pre and post workout, and lower carbs on rest days mainly for variety and carb cycling just seems to work for me.
