THE DIFFERENCE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
In order to overcome your anxiety, you must shift your focus.
It's very important to differentiate between quieting/ numbing the symptoms and actually alleviating the cause.
Anxiety knows no race, religion, profession or income bracket... Anyone, anywhere,any age at any time is susceptible
When it comes to dealing with anxiety, many of my clients have experimented with:
✅diet ✅meditation ✅yoga ✅mindfulness ✅keeping busy ✅medication
and the list goes on...
BUT the main issue which is the spotlight of focus is being missed here...
Managing anxiety through diet or yoga or medication or any of the combination of the list above is just that...managing
The moment you stop following that strict diet or the moment you stop yoga for a week or two or come off the meds... the anxiety comes back just as it was, if not worse.
Heck, sometimes while doing the things above, it still only slightly improves how you're feeling and just about gets you through the day.
The intention is right, but the FOCUS is wrong..
In order to TRULY overcome anxiety and deal with it, you have to remove it from the root cause which is linked to your emotions and mental wiring which you have created.
Focus on getting to the cause of it rather than managing the symptoms and you will go from coping to overcoming.
That is the difference that makes the difference
