Breakfast yesterday was porridge! 40g oats (hexb), 300ml 1% fat Milk (hexa), jordans skinny syrups caramel (free), raspberries and blueberries (both speed). I just had some fruit for lunch and a bar - mango (free), strawberries🍓, blueberries and raspberries (all speed), double chocolate skinny whip🍫(4.5syns).
- For tea I had 7 quorn chicken nuggets (3.5syns), mash potato (free), clover light (1syn), Heinz spaghetti hoops (2syns), cauliflower, broccoli🥦 and carrots🥕(all speed). For a treat me an my fiance were craving chocolate so I said I will have a caramel an he came back with a big one so I didn't complain cause I was made up just not good on syns for a diary milk caramel 120g🍫(30syns).
