Another fun night with the #dalfab4 this time we ate at @dillasquesadillas in Frisco! Mmm, Mmm Good!
Honestly the best part of my night was getting to hear sweet Maggie's stories about their restaurant! Kyle and Maggie came up with their original menu on a road trip in college and it was written on a napkin! I love this! They really made their dream come true! .........Ok now let’s talk about the food! First of all, their brisket is delicious. They make it in house twice a day and the meat is marinated for 12 hours! Chicken is the same way! Their queso is made with hatch green chilis from New Mexico! We tried three different quesadillas; The Founder with chicken- Portobello mushrooms, grilled onions and peppers with a delicious creamy Churri sauce The Lone Star- brisket, red onion, cilantro, Austin's Own BBQ sauce with jalapeño ranch dipping sauce. The Bluebonnet- a veggie with mushrooms, zucchini, grilled pepper, onions and fresh spinach with creamy Churri sauce. One of my favorite items we tried tonight was the gorilla fries! Fries with queso, brisket, pico, green onions and whatever else you want to pile on!
Needless to say, I brought home tons of amazing left overs and my family devoured them! If you are ever in Frisco, McKinney or Plano check out Dillas!
