Monday has a way of simply always going noticed…
Vegetable Spaghetti: consists of whole wheat spaghettini, spinach, tomatoes, green bell peppers, onions, parsley, zucchini, red bell peppers, avocado, green beans, and orange bell peppers, seasoned with ground black pepper.
Although my week has started off on an unexpected note, to say the least, I will still make the best of it. There‘s always work that needs to be done, so I’ll just focus on that and keep on going. 👊🏽
Of course it’s frustrating when things don’t work out the way you planned or you’re faced with more work out of the blue. However, you have to remind yourself that it could always be worse.
People ask me all the time how I stay positive and motivated, and honestly, it comes down to mind over matter.
I‘m my own advocator, cheerleader, and hype person. I constantly remind myself that I’ll get through whatever I’m dealing with. I tell myself that there are many people who’ve overcome whatever it is that I’m struggling with.
What’s that? This sounds like a lot of work? Yeah, it might seem that way; but, what other choice do you have? Are you just going to give up and let the repercussions of that decision dictate your future? Perhaps because giving up seems easier, but greatness isn’t achieved by settling on what’s easiest. 🙌🏽
Food For Thought: A great meal can be enjoyed by slowly eating it. You can save some of it for another meal and it’ll still be delicious.
The same applies for work and life goals. You don’t have to do everything all at once. You can achieve great results by capitalizing on time management.
