RECIPE is so simple:
Onion, garlic, red pebbers, zucchini, halved cherry tomatoes, garlic powder, Himalayan salt, paprika powder, chilli flakes, 2 canned coconut milks, tomato paste and dried timyan herbs. When everything is done, I added soy-bean pasta (any kind of pasta will be good)
I loved it, especially the other day. It has great nutritional value and is so filling, even as a vegan meal.
