Sometimes you just need to change things up to keep it interesting, right? 👉🏼I wouldn’t say that my nutrition habits got way out of whack. They didn’t, but I began to feel a bit loosey goosey following my plan. And I’m a planner. I like to be organized and feel scattered when I’m not. 🤦🏼‍♀️ 👉🏼So I decided to rein it in and start with some fresh habits. Mindset habits. ☝🏼And when you’ve got a comprehensive video tutorial nutrition plan you can follow that promotes drinking more water and eating more veggies, the result is health. 💕💕💕 You feel better. Cravings are real folks! And sometimes??! You just need to INDULGE them! There’s no need to beat yourself up for just being HUMAN and wanting to enjoy treats and sweets on occasion. 🍫

Prvi obrok: meso + grahov pire z oluščenimi konopljinimi semeni + 1/2 avokada + paradižnik + mlada čebula ... .

GRAH je zelenjava z najvišjim deležem beljakovin. Prav tako ima veliko vlaknin in vitamine skupine B, vitamin A, C in še mnoga druga mikrohranila. Ima kar veliko antioksidantov. Zdaj malo več treniram in mi je povečan vnos antioksidantov zelo pomemben zaradi povečanega oksidativnega stresa v telesu. Poleg vsega pa naj bi grah deloval tudi protivnetno in ker imam vneto fascijo na stopalu ... ma kaj pa vem, jaz res verjamem, da je hrana zdravje in ima vsako hranilo svoj namen. .

I am such an emotional eater…worst of the worst. I want food to make a bad day better. “Ice cream (a whole tub) will make my long day better. It will make me happier. Screw my diet! Gluten free and dairy free muffins for my boys for breakfast.
Ingredients:
💥1 egg
💥2dcl almond milk
💥15 table spoons coconut flower
💥2 table spoons cinnamon
💥3 table spoons cacao
💥1 baking powder (I use "vine-stone"). Mix all together and put into oven on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

This last 14 days I have not been able to run, because I was sick and my immune system is down. But still I was doing strenght and power excersises every day. And I know my body so much, that I know if I am not running and just doing mainly non-endurance workouts that I do not need carbohydrates. So - my go to meal this days is all about proteins and fats. Still gluten free, dairy free and on intermittent fasting regime.

Lots of people keep asking me what I eat after a workout? This is an example of my regeneration meal: yellow carrot, orange carrot, stem celery, 3 eggs, banana, magnesium. I try to eat gluten free and dairy free, so this is my meal full of carbs and proteins that we need after workout. Magnesium is also one thing one should eat after workout to speed up recovery process.
🇸🇮Veliko ljudi me sprašuje kaj jem po treningu kot regeneracijski obrok. Tole je primer današnjega regeneracijskega obroka: iz goveje juhe vzamem rumeno korenje, oranžno korenje, gomolj zelene in vse skupaj popečem s 3 jajci. Banano pojem takoj po treningu (zaradi hidratov in kalija), magnezij tudi vedno popijem po treningu zaradi hitrejse regeneracije in zmanjsanja obcutka utrujenosti. S tem zadostim potrebam telesa po hidratih in beljakovinah takoj po treningu in ostajam zvesta prehrani brez glutena in brez mlečnih izdelkov 😉.

Breakfast or lunch or 1st meal or whatever you want to call it 😉... 💥Did you know that if you eat carrot raw its glycemic index is cca. 25 and if you cook carrot its glycemic index is sky high, like 75 . And you do not want to eat food that has glycemic index more than 50, optimum is 30, anywhere between 30 and 50 is acceptable, everything above 50 is NO. ❌ 💥meal: salmon + raw carrot + brussel sprouts + avocado with wholegrain mustard + lemon and garlic
