Sugar has been sneaking into our daily food in several forms. If you wondering, I am eating a healthy diet daily composed mainly of
salads yet not losing weight, then think again. The culprit could be the salad dressing which will be stuffed with sugar. Sugar is a mood enhancer, but it will only give you a temporary high. In the long run, it will cause inflammation in your body and subject you to various mood swings.
Opting for sugar-free or low-sugar diet is the right way to help yourself stay healthy.
