We spin ourselves up so much in our heads that we make it hard to function, instead of just steadily putting one foot in front of the other we either think about the things that are done and gone, or stress soo much about what’s to come that we don’t live in the now, we don’t enjoy the moments that are smack in front of our faces....♀️(or maybe that’s just me)
You don’t have to have everything figured out right now. Simply breathe, enjoy the journey, and don’t take life so seriously. As long as you put in the effort and believe in yourself, you’ll get where you want to be.
And this can easily translate into any part of your life, your health and fitness journey, your career, your family or lack there of, your relationships. It’s okay to be a constant work in progress, no one has it all figured out...learning to accept that and asking for help if you need it is hard though....
Soo my challenge to you today....send that text, get that workout in, plan that trip, prep your food, do whatever it is that will give you some satisfaction and don’t worry about the rest...your answers, your progress, your days will keep coming and things will change because, let’s be honest, nothing ever stays the same
