Crispy Rainbow Steak, Shredded Beef in Peking Sauce or No.32 on the menu, whatever you want to call it, this dish is a ‘must order' for me whenever I go to a Chinese restaurant. Those crispy beef strips coated in that addictive sweet and sour sauce are simply irresistible. I always thought it must be very difficult to make this dish at home but turns out to be super easy, takes no longer than 15 minutes! Everybody shares with Jozy so much that I’m starting to have to announce that she’s “cut off” from the foods when we’re out. I’m pretty sure that she ate 7/8th of @ohheyyykk Double Barrel burger @redcowmn Sunday, some fries, three ramekins worth of different condiments and that addictive caramel -🥓 popcorn. It’s just crazy. This kid has no off switch. It’s also clear from these photos that she’s beginning to cop some serious attitude when we try to take our snacks back from her. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Tonight’s dinner, 20 minute shredded chicken courtesy of the @instantpotofficial.
🍗🌶️🥑🍚
Salsa chicken recipe from @leelalicious - perfectly cooked chicken, raw to shredded in 20 min!
- start with raw chicken breast (I used 3)
- clean & season with taco seasoning
- put chicken directly in Instant Pot
- top with 1 cup salsa
- cook on high pressure for 10 minutes
- natural release for 10 min
- quick release the rest
- remove from IP to shred
Done.
Made jasmine rice with jalapeño and onions, topped with avocado, lime, & more salsa 👌🏻

Really cool that it was also announced to be ranked #15 in the world in this year's @theworlds50best rankings!
We opted to share starters to get a variety of things! Highlights were the rabbit liver parfait and the brioche tarts with foie gras and pickled herring!

This main was absolutely ubelievable I can still remember exactly what it tasted like 🤤 calf tongue cooked in chokecherry dough (bark from a tree, the fillet was removed and prepared tableside!) mashed potatoes and a morel mushroom sauce 🥔🍄🐄👅 s/o to the waiter who recommended it to me!

We had a range of dessert which are sadly not pictured but LILAC ICECREAM Guys 🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️ Drinks were fantastic also, really enjoyed their original creations such as 'the Twinkle': whisky infused with dried apricots, plum liquor, aperol, vermouth and sparkling wine.

Fantastic view and honestly a great price for what it was? 9/10.

Chicken Barbecue. Succulent pieces of chicken breast, skewered and grilled, then finished off with our homemade Filipino-style barbecue sauce. A delicious blend of sweet, salty, and slightly spicy in every mouthful. Seriously addicting!

REVIEW: @kanada_ya_ldn - I am excited to be visiting Japan next week whilst reminiscing about my favourite Ramen joint in the UK. 🍜
They specialise in Tonkotsu (one of many ramen varieties) which is a pork bone broth 🐖🍖 which is cooked for I thinkkkk 18 hours? 😮 which leads to a much richer soup perfect for winter (doesn't mean its not great in summer also 😎) as its a little bit more viscous and supeerrr rich and an absolute umami bomb 💣.
Lab partner Sam's first ever ramen and judging by his reaction he enjoyed it 😂😂 sorry @samuelmoore21 xx
Pictured here is the Tonkotsu X where their classic Tonkotsu recipe is also combined with a chicken broth for that interesting additional flavour dimension (of more umami 😋🐔🙅‍♂️).
Its a little more expensive than what I imagine you'd find in Japan, but this quality and authenticity is super rare in the UK so worth it as a treat (around £13 for a bowl). I, an Asian rate it 8/10, I was first introduced by my brother, also an Asian and it is backed by a lot of other Asians I know 💁‍♂️💁‍♂️💁‍♂️ - GO CHECK IT OUT X (get there for 5 or be prepared to wait 10-30 mins lol)

CASHEW CHEESECAKE BITES ~ perfect for the summertime heat, as a refreshing treat💥 •

For 6 cups:
•1/2 cup cashew butter •4 oz. organic cream cheese
•1/2 tsp cinnamon
•you can also add 2 tsp. stevia or more, to sweeten

What you need➡️1 Joseph's lavash pita Bread that I mentioned in my stories and you can find under my "Recommendations" highlights, your choice of cheese, an omelette, sautéed veggies like spinach and tomato, you can add onion, pepper, etc..

1. Make the omelette, meanwhile toasting the pita bread.
2. While eggs are cooking, sautée veggies in a separate pan. *add spices like paprika or oregano to enhance the flavor*
3. Once pita is toasted, top with your favorite cheese and microwave until cheese is melted.
4. Place omelette on top of pita bread and add veggies.
5. Top with more spices, like red pepper flakes or @traderjoes everything but the bagel sesame seasoning. You can also add mashed🥑, sri racha🔥.. 6. Enjoy😊

Healthy Veggie "Quiche" 🍳
~I've gotten a little bored of eating my eggs the same way as always, so I decided to switch it up today with a crustless quiche filled with caramelizad onions, tomato, red pepper, spinach, & dairy free cheese.
~Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
1. Sauté sweet onions, tomato, and pepper in a pan with 1 garlic clove and olive oil (spray) until caramelizad.
2. Once caramelized, add a handful of spinach to sauté, but don't let it over cook.
3. In a bowl, beat eggs/egg whites (I used 4 egg whites, you can use 1 egg + 3 egg whites, 2 eggs, or however you'd like) and add the sautéed ingredients. Add salt & pepper, oregano (optional), and paprika (optional). 4. Add your choice of cheese (2 tbsp. to 1/4 cup)
5. Place in a ceramic bowl to bake in the oven. I didn't measure the exact time it took me, but I just kept looking until it was cooked and golden. Probably around 20-25 mins.
So simple & yummy😋 You can play around with the ingredients according to your liking, and you have a protein-packed breakfast! ~ Paired it with @rachlmansfield Paleo Collagen Bread and @kitehillfoods almond ricotta cheese🧀 + coffee with 1/2 cup almond milk & stevia. ☕️

VEGAN PASTA: LUNCH IN 15 MINS. OR LESS🍝🤤
•
1. Boil water. Add @tolerant.foods Lentil Pasta & salt. Cook for 8 mins.
2. Meanwhile, cook asparagus and mushrooms in another pan. Add olive spray to pan or 1 tbsp. olive oil* to pan. Add minced garlic and mix so it doesn't burn. Add asparagus and mushrooms.
3. Once pasta is ready, remove and place in a colander. Spray with some olive oil and add salt.
4. To the pan, I added my leftover spaghetti squash from the other day & some kale.
5. Add tomato sauce to pan. (I used @muirglen roasted garlic)
6. Season with oregano or Italian seasoning blend.
7. Add cooked Lentil pasta to the pan and mix everything together.
8. Cover for 2-3 minutes to make sure everything is cooked and warm.
9. Serve and enjoy with a little Parmesan cheese, or nutritional yeast flakes! ❤️Bon apetit! •
*you want to be careful when using olive oil to cook because each tbsp. has approximately 119 calories. For one serving, I recommend no more than 1 tbsp.* #sabrinasblogmeals

FAT BOMBS! 🍥 ~ these snack balls are filled with healthy fats to give you lots of ENERGY💥 these are perfect anytime during the day, especially before a workout!

-1/2 tbsp. ghee (if you don't have, you can sub with coconut oil)
-1/3 cup nut butter
-1/3 cup coconut oil (not melted)
-2 tbsp. Coconut flour
-1 cup sprouted* cashews
-1 cup sprouted almonds
-1/2 cup sprouted macadamia nuts
-1 scoop collagen peptides (if you don't have, that's okay)
-1 scoop plant based protein @nuzest_usa -1 tbsp. cashew milk
-1 tbsp. coconut/date sugar -dash of cinnamon & salt
/// simply blend in a food processor. form into balls. place in freezer for at least 30 mins. makes about 30!
ps. I keep them in the freezer & *to sprout nuts, simply place them in water overnight. this makes digestion easier!

🐠🍽️ Fish is one my favorite sources of protein! It's full of vitamin D, omega 3-fatty acids, and it's super easy to prepare! Try out this Coconut Crusted Red Snapper recipe!😋

For the fish:
1. Submerge a fillet of snapper (or your favorite fish) into 1 beaten egg white.
2. Mix 2 tbsp. coconut flakes, salt, pepper, paprika, and ground cumin.
3. Sprinkle mixture into fillet.
4. Place the fish on a skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
5. Add some lime (optional) when serving!

For the baked plantains: (preheat oven to 450 Fahrenheit)
1. Peel a ripe plantain and cut into 1/2" inch slices.
2. Place on baking sheet and spray with olive/coconut/Avocado oil.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

For the pineapple salsa:
1. Chop up some tomatoes, green & red bell pepper, 1/2 jalapeño, about 1/2 cup pineapple, and some red onions.
2. Spray pan with olive oil and grill everything together.
3. Juice 1/2 lime & add 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro, salt, pepper, and ground cumin! ---------

Cachapas Fit🌽🥞🙌🏻 A una venezolana no le pueda faltar su arepita, sus tequeños, o su cachapa... Pero aveces estas comidas están hechas con ingredientes malos, así que tenemos que buscar la forma saludable. Aquí les dejo una receta de cachapas sin remordimiento! 🤤
--------- para 4 porciones: •1 taza de maíz dulce •1/2 taza de avena (colocar avena en una licuadora o procesador) •2 cucharadas de linaza •2 cucharadas de harina de maíz (yo use harina P.A.N)
•2 huevos, o 2 huevos de chia (por cada huevo de chia, mezcla una cucharada de chia con 2.5 cucharadas de agua. Dejar reposar por 5 minutos y listo)
•1/2 taza de agua •2 cucharadas de miel, o más si te gustan muy dulce. •Queso mozzarella para cubrir, yo usé la marca @followyourheart que es vegano.

A Venezuelan isn't Venezuelan without eating their typical arepas, tequeños, or cachapas. (For those of you who don't know, cachapas are like corn pancakes) But, these foods are sometimes made with unhealthy ingredients... so we have to find a way to make them guilt-free... here's the recipe🤤
----------- for 4 servings:
•1 can of sweet corn •1/2 cup oatmeal flour (simply blend oats in a food processor or blender until finely ground)
•2 tablespoons flaxseed •2 tablespoons corn flour (harina P.A.N) •2 eggs (or 2 chia eggs: for 1 chia egg, mix 1 tablespoon chia seeds + 2.5 tablespoons water. Let sit for 5 minutes and done!)
•1/2 cup of water •2 tablespoons of honey, or more if you want them sweeter
•Mozzarella cheese for topping, I used a vegan brand @followyourheart #SabrinasBlogBreakfast

Christmas Eve-Eve means prepping and cooking all day🍴I've been making desserts all morning for tomorrow's dinner and I got hungry, so I needed to make something easy and quick! I was in the mood for a healthy creamy risotto, so I took inspiration from @foodfromtheheart and it totally hit the spot! •

Tempeh + Farro Coconut Milk Risotto:
In a pan, heat 1/2 can of light coconut milk and about 2-3 tablespoons of miso. slice mushrooms and simmer on medium heat. then, add tempeh and cooked farro. Let cook for about 8 mins and then add kale and stir. •

Paired it with some roasted beets, Avocado, spinach in olive oil and lemon, and topped with hemp seeds. So goood + it's vegan!

Low-carb, healthy Paella? 🥘 saaaayy what! •

Yup. You read that right! I posted this on my story yesterday and you guys loved it, so here's what you need:
-about 2-3 cups cauliflower rice, sweet green peas, sliced onion, red bell pepper, sliced zucchini, mushrooms
-turmeric, 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast, 1/2 tbsp. arrowroot starch, and 1/4 cup cashew milk.

1. Sautée onions and red pepper, and 1 garlic clove, 2 tsp olive oil, add salt and pepper.
2. Add in cauliflower rice and other veggies and let sautée until the cauliflower is cooked through.
3. Add a dash of turmeric, about 1/4-1/2 tsp.
4. In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbsp. Nutritional yeast, 1/2 tbsp. Arrowroot starch, 1/4 cup almond milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
5. Add to rice in pan and mix well.
6. You can add any protein! I would've added shrimp to resemble a traditional paella, but I didn't have, so I used chicken! Trust me you'll love it and you can eat the whole thing!😍
