Nothing cures as case of the Mondays like a smoked Pork Sandwich with LOTS of sauce. Why suffer when you could stuff your face?

POLLO AGLI ASPARAGI:
STEP 1: bollite metà degli asparagi in acqua salata, tenete da parte un po’ di acqua di cottura (un bel po’ perché vi servirà in due fasi)
STEP 2: tagliate a cubetti il pollo, tagliate lo scalogno sottile e tagliate a pezzetti piccoli l’altra metà degli asparagi (crudi)
STEP 3: prendete una padella mettete dell’olio e soffriggete lo scalogno. Aggiungete gli asparagi a pezzetti e fate cuocere a fuoco medio alto con il coperchio per 5 minuti
STEP 4: abbassate il fuoco e aggiungete l’acqua di cottura degli asparagi bolliti, lasciate cuocere per 10-15 minuti poi levate come vedete nel video gli asparagi dalla padella lasciando l’olietto insaporito
STEP 5: infarinate il pollo e mettetelo nella padella con l’olio e cuocete a fuoco medio alto fino a far sigillare il pollo
STEP 6: versate il vino bianco e fate evaporate
STEP 7: abbassate il fuoco e aggiungete l’acqua di cottura e fate cuocete con il coperchio per una decina di minuti
STEP 8: levate il coperchio e aggiungete gli asparagi spezzettati e fate cuocere per altri cinque minuti
STEP 9: servite insieme agli asparagi bolliti 😬 •

Zait Bistro in Rancho Cucamonga is a Mediterranean restaurant. I've been there a few times but everytime I visit a Mediterranean restaurant, I always order the beef & lamb shawarma! Have to always compare it. .

They give you plenty of meat, you get to choose your sides and I can never finish a small. [Pictured is a small]. .

I'm not fond of the flavor of their rice but it's okay every once in a while. .

Eurer Kreativität steht nichts im Weg außer ihr selber. Was haben wir denn hier schönes, wir haben hier wieder mal Auberginen mit Zucchini. Wichtig ist dass ihr die Auberginen auf einer mittleren Flamme gart, sonst werden sie echt zu weich und verlieren zu viele Nährstoffe.
Ihr wollt eine Soße dazu ganz einfach, nimmt 400 g Hüttenkäse lasst ihn zerfließen aber so dass er noch ein bisschen körnig ist, denn das Wasser trennt sich von alleine. Für den würzigen Geschmack nimmt einfach noch mal 50 g Harzer dazu und Kurkuma, bisschen Salz und Kräuter der Provence, ein bisschen Rapsöl dazu nehmen und das war's. Und schon habt ihr eine hervorragende gesunde Mahlzeit und wichtig, die abends nicht so sehr belastet wie Fleisch.
