Late one tonight. Been at the allotment all afternoon.
Tonight we enjoy foraged local wild Comfrey young shoots & flowers,
Lime Tree Leaves
Beech Tree Leaves
Steamed with A little spring water.
Served with French butter and a red pepper honey Barley miso dressing and Organic Basmati Rice, bone broth & boiled duck eggs.
Today at the allotment I harvested from the cemetery and surrounding area Wild Hawthorn blossom & leaves, wild pea blossom, Valerian roots, leaves and flowers. I am making a very potent seaweed and wild herb tea to feed immunity to our heirloom heritage seed, fruits, vegetables.
We are harnessing the energy of freedom that is expressing itself and expanding in our area. Health is your resilience in your Area. Your strength is your plants in your area. If we were not picking the wild greens we would only have access to market gardened or supermarket plastic tunnel grown vegetables.
The wild foods are vital vital vital. For strong immune system.
Nettle, Comfrey, Valerian & Tree leaves are what’s available right now.
The blossoms are inviting us to make Honey Wild yeast floral meads.
Hawthorn is bursting with vitality & life right now to help our hearts & brains feel nourished. Olfactory bulb.
Thank God for the Trees, blossoms and birds & bees. Today we met a Toad on our allotment. Want to make them a water lily space. Humble. For them to harvest their slug meats.
