Continuously tell myself I need to switch white rice for brown rice but it’s just so gross how do people eat it
I’m a bbq sauce fiend SO I can’t believe how long it’s taken me to make bbq tofu?!
Baked the tofu with cauliflower and then tossed it with shallots, bbq sauce and sriracha It was pretty good buuuut honestly cauliflower is kinda lame (at least in this dish) and I much prefer broccoli so I’m gonna switch those next time🥦

I took a break from work to make this yummy fruit bowl. I love putting my snacks on a plate so I can see everything I'm eating. It's important to practice mindful eating, so when I make a fruit bowl and take my time enjoying it, I can see everything I'm eating and really be present as I'm chewing slowly and making a conscious effort to slow down and relax for a bit.
I think that we can all get pretty busy, but our meals and snacks should be enjoyed - we should take a break to appreciate the food on our plates!
Today, I took note of the beautiful colors, the sweetness of the fruit, the crispness of the apples, and the wonderful energy it provided me with.
I found kiwi at the store so I've been eating a lot of it lately and it's been delish! Kiwis are high in vitamin C so add them to your list of healthy treats.
