Yum! Made these last night for nibbles - Tamari nuts. so easy to make and a delicious non sugary way to have mixed nuts - simply preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a tray with baking paper.
I cup raw almonds
1 cup mixed seeds
I cup sultanas/dates/raisins
1/3 cup GF Tamari Sauce
Put all ingredients in bowl and mix. Spread in a single layer on baking tray. Reserve the leftover tamari in bowl and bake for 10 mins. Pour over the rest of the Tamar and bake again for 5 mins.
