There are very few universal truths when it comes to the human body BUT we do know for a fact that which is not used is lost.
If we don’t utilize a range of motion on a daily basis we slowly lose that range.
Every single day you need to mobilize your ALL your joints through a FULL range of motion. No exceptions. No excuses.
To do this with we perform Controlled Articular Rotations or the CARs morning routine.
I wanted to put together a graphic to show the importance of daily joint work as day by day nothing seems to change on the outside, but when you will look back everything will be different.
We have two choices when it comes to the human body. Adapt and progress OR accommodate and regress, there is no in between.
You can see the potential difference in the health of your joints by choosing to do your CARs routine on a daily basis or not.
CARs are free.
CARs are universal.
CARs are powerful.
CARs are easy.
CARs are hard.
CARs are assessments.
CARs are rehab.
CARs are strength training.
CARs are recovery.
CARs are pain relief.
CARs are a time machine. E=mc ²
CARs are life changing.
You will have to wake up everyday in YOUR body for the rest of your life. Do your CARs.
