Ricotta berry "cake" (think coffee cake without a ton of sugar and slightly more moist) topped with plain greek yogurt and frozen blueberries.
I'm currently working on "Plan B", in the event the Dr tells me that I can't workout. I know I'll still be able to walk/jog. I should be able to do yoga poses/moves that don't require me to put any weight on my arms/shoulders.
I'm also going to put more focus on my nutrition. I'm going to go back to tracking all the food.
