👌🏻 This is the reason I've never completely given up and always gone to group every week. Even though I couldn't motivate myself to actually follow the plan at times, I still had my toe dipped in the water so I wouldn't fail completely. I might not have lost much weight this year, but I haven't put it on either 🤷🏻♀️ •
This week has been an off plan week for a number of reasons, but I'm back on it today. Just a small matter of a weigh in to do first. •
Busy and productive morning so far and it's only 10.30am !!!!! Nice new workout in the gym courtesy of @ryanpercox_pt (arms like jelly) Loving the view from the treadmill on my cool down. "Let's do this. Stay motivated. Work up a sweat" well @bettergymwalsall I certainly did this morning!!!!!! Back home quick banana to keep me going and straight out to walk my 2 fluffy bums (#huskylife) before it gets to warm. Still all hot and sweaty, so had a bit of sort out in the garage ,(tip run imminent) lol
Yummy fruity breakfast 😀 Something nice and fresh to fill me up after my workout 💪 With 2 weeks off work now I'm either gonna be really good or really bad 😑😅 I'm a boredom eater so will have to make sure I'm busy, I have plenty of housework to do but I definitely don't want to waste my whole holidays cleaning 😏🙄 I am now wearing jeans 2 sizes smaller than when I started 🤸♀️🤸♀️ they could be a bit looser at the top but that's what baggy jumpers are for 🤣
