I remember I was not so sure about this virtual online bootcamp thing...I was so used to going to the gym to get my workout on...it's funny when you get used to something how you can sometimes be blinded by everything else. It got to a point where I finally REALIZED how much I was paying for my gym membership, personal trainer, bootcamp classes and group classes! $600 a month WHAT? I couldn't afford that! Right then is when someone came into my life and invited me into her bootcamp...yes, I was a little nervous and reluctant but at 2% of what I was paying for the entire YEAR, what did I have to lose. It turns out I had a lot to lose......some pounds, my negative mindset, my lack of motivation and my gym anxiety! I got into the best shape, I was positive about working out and eating healthy and I felt comfortable in my own home doing all of this! Now I am paying it forward! My DECEMBER bootcamp prep is underway! What do you have to lose (other than lbs, inches, water weight)?
