My daughter likes Special K Red Berries cereaI a lot. but I told her fresh strawberries are a healthier option, so we bought plain Special K and added fresh ‘red berries’ and some organic whole milk. Strawberries are just coming into season here in Florida and they are so good. She has decided this is definitely a better choice. It’s the little changes that add up! Eat some fresh berries today. They are so good for you.
