It is so exhausting trying to keep up with life’s demands. And it’s very easy to feel like you have no time, when you in fact have a lot of time.
A tip from my PT/Sister was to keep a schedule. Schedule time to study, see friends, relax, budget, work out and sleep. Schedule all this around your work, if you have the freedom to some of these at work like I do, take advantage of this.
Take note of what you’re doing during the day and see what you can change! 💫
