Panko Fried Mozzarella Steaks Did I have you at the thought of fried cheese? Well it gets better. I served these babies on top of vine-ripened tomatoes and Spaghetti in a Spinach Parmesan pasta water sauce. Stick a fork in me!
8 oz fresh Mozzarella sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper
1/2 cup Grapeseed Oil
1 cup frozen Spinach thawed
1 cup fresh shaved Parmesan Cheese plus more for serving
1 lb Spaghetti cooked according to package directions
1 cup reserved Pasta Water
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 large Vine-Ripened Tomatoes sliced
Maldon Salt & Fresh Cracked Pepper

The best burger I’ve had so far this year. The Bedford’s Mozzarella burger- a slab of fried mozz under grass fed beef that’s topped with more mozzarella and paprika aioli. Doing cheese string pulls with every bite was lots of fun too. Delicious!
