Working on my #Cast to #BackHipCircle and #FrontHipCircle. And working on a good, clean SkinTheCat (which btw I don't know wtf my hair is doing ) I don't want to post these because well, they used to be so damn easy lol. Uneven bars was my favorite in gymnastics and being on a bar for the first time in years is way scarier and more ugly than I thought it would be.
I am posting them because hopefully in a few months I'll be able to watch these and see progress
On another note always practice doing things right! Even if that means you can only do one or two. Doing things with bend knees and non-pointed toes make things so much easier but you'll teach yourself bad habits and they'll look hella ugly

My strength drills are working. Shoulder stability, lower body strength and leg tightning drills are a hit!!!
