Before and after! 64 oz 12 fruit smoothie with almond butter and almond milk, brown rice, pea, pumpkin and hemp protein powder, cacao, maple syrup and avacado oil for fats, chia, flax and hemp seed for omegas. Blue, black, raspberries, strawberries, banana, peach, mango, pineapple, grapes, black cherries, red tart cherries, Acai sorbet, some days I add a cup of gluten free oats and hemp granola. 2400 calories all in this. Days I work out I drink both as it has at least 80 grams of protein together other days I drink one, depends on how I feel. Easy and healthy way to start my day and feel energized throughout the day!
I've been making these nearly daily now for well 1.5 years. I feel much better adding this to my daily routine. Since going vegan 3 years ago I rarely get sick anymore.
