Outdoor HIIT Circuit 🌞 This only took me about 40 ish min or so & boy I was drippin’ 💦 Give this a try the next time you need a quick, bodyweight workout!
1️⃣ jump squats: 10 reps
2️⃣ plyo lunges: 10 reps each leg
3️⃣ bodyweight squats: 10 reps
4️⃣ push-ups: 10 reps
5️⃣ plank shoulder taps: 10 reps each side
🔁 repeat for a total of 8-10 rounds with little to no rest
6️⃣ Finisher: 10 bleacher sprints non-stop (sprint up, jog down = 1)

Advanced double bosu push ups - I’ve never done a push up before where I felt my gluteus, hips, hamstrings and foot muscles work so much. Make sure you can do normal bosu push ups with solid technique before attempting this. Try to have some fun with it!
