. 1ST QTR MOON - #MoonEnergy #EnergyWrapUp .
We find ourselves between the #NewMoon and #FullMoon - the energies are beginning to pick up, not too much, but just enough to cause slight discomfort - this is so that we can stretch ourselves just that little bit more so that we can step out of what’s no longer serving us and continue the journey towards Presence.
What we discover at this time in the #LunarCycle is that the hidden aspects of Self/the Shadow begin to make their presence felt, not to create havoc - although this does tend to happen and intensifies the more we resist it - but to ease us into the Full Moon energies where these Shadow aspects will be brought into the Light for us to acknowledge, accept and embrace, enabling us to more fully step up and into our authentic Self.
- tension in the lower-to-mid-back: the congestion in the lower back speaks of our feelings and emotions about our thoughts/beliefs about where/whether we fit in, finding a tribe, how safe and secure we feel within the current structures in and of our life, and how easily we adapt to change; we can easily evaluate how safe we feel by how often we’re going to the loo - if you’re constipated, then look at what you’re afraid of releasing from your life, if you’re regular, there will still be messages here for you, but they will differ slightly;
- tension in the neck and throat issues: are you finding that you’re clearing your throat more often than usual? What is is that you’re not expressing or admitting? The throat chakra is our ‘change centre’ so if there’s something going on there, like coughing, clearing of the throat, take a deeper look to see what you might need to express/admit so that you can move forward; .
- disturbed sleep patterns: the cycles of sleep-deprivation and deep sleep continue for a few more days; my sense of this is as we near the Full Moon, our dreams will bring even deeper insights that will provide us with the opportunity to wake feeling a little more rested; the integration of learnings provide greater opportunities for Self-awareness; .
