Strength training provides protection and prevention against many aging and lifestyle-related diseases. Lastly, if you’re taking care of your health and getting a physical, bloodwork, dental check ups 🦷 etc., consider also seeing a physical therapist for a movement screening and a body checkup too.
Don’t wait until you’re in pain and suffering to seek help.
Don’t wait until you notice your weaknesses before you seek to strengthen yourself.
