Active recovery day with mah dawg!
Legs are feeling great. Used a rowing machine for the first time yesterday and I think I'm in love with it, I'm going to incorporate it into my workouts.
Knees nice and clicky when I do my quad squeezes but nothing that alarms me, also just general stiffness that goes away once I'm up and moving. Hopefully these are not forever things even though I know I could have clicks forever haha
