Building on the foundation we started with in the first video, we’re ready to start playing with single-leg exercises. This video will give you some ideas on how to start incorporating it into your training.
But I don’t want to make it seem like “during exercise time at the gym” is the only time you can improve yourself. There’s ALWAYS opportunities to move, which we’ll start to see more frequently if we can expand our ideas of what “exercise” really is.
