Squats tonight after my 50 rep squat sunday at 75% max 5 RM . Tonight was supposed to be my first chest workout with my new Rogue Ohio Power bar, but my Saturday night shoulder murder-workout made me think otherwise. The bar is awesome. Very happy with the knurl and center knurl. Much more stable and controlled squatting time.

My first attempt ever at bulgarian leg squats. I can tell I have some imbalances for sure, which these in time will correct.
