I think it’s time to get back into ice experimentation!
I’ve got a ton of fun research going on in the kitchen atm, but until I’m ready to reveal my first new recipe, enjoy this beautiful sphere I designed for a whiskey libation on the cocktail menu of a small, private dinner back in Charlotte where I soaked orange twists in sweetened anise infused water overnight, then froze them in dandelion-ginger water
My current experiments are with both flavored & suspended ingredient ice, but I’d love to hear- what are YOU currently playing or wanting to play around/ experiment with for cocktails, OR your personal passion?!
