Got the Ube|Taro Monster Milkshake from #FlipSideDesserts.
The Monster milkshake is the ube milkshake + ube ice cream + ube cake! .
The ice cream was SUPER flavourful. Def a go-to if you like ube! And the milkshake was tasty and not overly sweet. Plus the cake is a huge slice and super fresh and fluffy!! .
I want to try the pandan flavours next time I stop by!

Honestly such a pleasant, guilt-free meal. I'm so full, but happy.
Also the abalone was SO TASTY and butter-y! Wow! I'm not usually a fan of abalone too.
The porridge and soup were super tasty. I loved both so much. I know I'm going to be craving this again in a few hours.

Happy Hour @earlsrestaurant // A surprisingly satisfying salmon & sushi combo from Earls. The salmon was glazed in a sweet ginger sauce, and the dynamite roll had prawn tempura, mango, cucumber and avocado, topped with sriracha mayo, black sesame and maple unagi sauce. What’s better than a bowl of fresh and delicious poke on a hot day? This poke from @daddyskitchenpoke was flavourful with tons of toppings, very filling also the staff was really friendly! Highly recommend this place!

$14 for a waffle in a farm and $4.25 for a 12oz matcha latte. I love their waffles in a farm as their waffles were freshly made and there were tons and tons of fresh fruit! This is topped with some cream and surprisingly, some raspberry sorbet. This is really tasty and the dish is really beautiful! The staff is also really friendly!
These bliss balls from @sweetcherubim1980 give me HELLA flashbacks to the first ever “vegetarian health expo” I went to at the Croatian cultural centre when I was like 16... anyone else remember that?! At the time these were one of the first ever vegan treats I’d ever tried. Nostalgia aside these are SO DELICIOUS (they are super decadent and truffle-like, not like the power-snack type bliss balls out there) so go and eat one.

Poached eggs in salsa! Of all the recipes we suggest using our salsa this is probably the one we get the most comments on from customers after they've made it. That's because most of us have never thought about poaching our eggs in anything but water. But trust us: this is a total brunch game changer
In a pot, mix the salsa with a bit of broth or water. Once it's boiling turn the heat to medium-low and crack the eggs directly into the saucepan.
Cook for 3-4 minutes for runny yolks and firm whites, or 5-7 minutes for fully cooked yolks.
Serve with a side of warm corn tortillas or bread.

As for the matcha cheesecake, the cheesecake has tasty layers of matcha well blend in with the cheesy cake mixture. It’s definitely something worth trying!!! Aside from the matcha dessert, this cafe also offer a variety of traditional Taiwanese cuisines! Don’t forget to give those a try too
抹茶控看這裡！這家的抹茶甜點和飲料真的很抹喔～ 比起Nana’s的抹茶拿鐵這家的抹茶拿鐵是偏於比較奶和甜的抹茶，我還蠻喜歡的 濃濃的起司蛋糕不但吃的出香濃層次的抹茶還散發出細緻的起司味，真的一口接著一口吃 這家除了今天介紹的抹茶甜點之外還有很多台式的料理像鹽酥雞和滷肉飯之類的～推薦去吃吃看喔

Spent the day in Bowen Island and enjoyed some sangria and patatas bravas at @barcelonaonbowenisland. Potato’s were nice and crispy, however they could have used some more of that tangy brava sauce, and some aioli. The fried egg on top was a good addition! #thehungrycoupleyvr
