What it is: A raw, blended, cold soup made with vegetables, popularly eaten in the summer.
Where it's from: Spain. Originated in Andalusia (a region in Spain)
What it's made of: Tomatoes, garlic, red and green bell peppers, Olive oil, bread, herbs, Sherry/red wine vinegar, red onion, ground cumin.
