the face I make when I look at pictures of myself from a year ago. Since this january I have put nearly 25lbs on. I weighed roughly 130 in the first photo taken last summer ( July 2016). That fall I continued to run cross country (shown in second photo) and I remember thinking that I was fairly muscular back then lol . January I got serious about weightlifting and photos #3 and #4 were taken this spring. I did a mini cut/shred for the summer and got down to 138-142lbs in photos 5 & 6. I continued to run as i trained for a race in october. After the race I started my bulk religiously (photo #7) and have since put on 15+ lbs of muscle. Photos 8 & 9 are current. I have grown so much not only in physical size but in knowledge about weightlifting and bodybuilding and i cant wait to see how much further i can push myself next year. I never compare myself to anyone else in the gym. Its just me, the weights, and my own reflectio in the mirror that i constantly judge and critique.
