Monkey mode ♀️ One of them ones where you say “oh I haven’t climbed a robe in years” then the person your with climbs the ropes and says after go on then..... So the competitive side of you has to attempt it too Rope climbing is something I haven’t done since I was in high school, a far few years ago. So gave this a go at @risegym Words of encouragement always help too Before attempting to climb I face two things:
1) I didn’t think I’d be able to climb as high as I did.
2) I have a little fear of heights.
