Hiiii everyone sorry for not posting Friday.... Or Monday! Went on a mini road trip and then came back and had to catch up on all my homework! Summer classes got me tiiiiiirrrreeeddddddd! Anyway here’s a ~cabbage stir fry~ on a paper plate because I’m trying to have as little dishes today as possible INGREDIENTS
*2 Tbsp soy sauce *1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil *1 Tbsp sriracha* *1/2 Tbsp brown sugar *1/2 head cabbage *2 cups shredded carrots *1/2 lb ground beef INSTRUCTIONS
*In a small bowl mix together the soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, sriracha, and brown sugar. Set the sauce aside.
*Shred the vegetables - Cut one small cabbage in half, and then finely shred the leaves of one half the cabbage (4-6 cups once shredded, save the other half for another recipe). Peel three carrots, then use a cheese grater to shred them or purchase a bag of shredded carrots and use (2cups). Mince two cloves of garlic, Or Purchase the jar of pre minced garlic as shown on previous recipe.
*Heat a large pan on medium heat. Once hot add the cooking oil, ground beef, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook the beef until browned (about five minutes).
*Add the cabbage and carrots to the skillet and continue to stir and cook until the cabbage isq slightly wilted (or fully wilted, if you prefer). Stir in the prepared sauce and the green onions. For an extra kick, Top with a drizzle of sriracha, then serve. ENJOY
