Had a beast squat day with my guy @justinbruihl last night! Felt good to get some heavy weight on the bar for a front squat. Definitely going to start over with my squat and try and go for some better Olympic lifting form and not that fat man powerlifting stuff. Will probably he front squatting like a devil now. Happy Tuesday!

Mein bro @dg_carter hat gestern nach dem Pull-workout mal wieder seine technischen Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit der Kamera unter Beweis gestellt😂 man beachte bitte diese unglaublichen gainz an den Hüften 😂 hab ordentlich was drauf gepackt im Aufbau muskulär durchaus aber auch grade an den Hüften sehr viel Winterspeck 😢 trotzdem weiter stark bleiben und diszipliniert das Training durchziehen bis Sommer ist es ja noch ein bisschen was hin 😂💪 aktuell halte ich die 95kg Konstanz und kann noch deutliche Kraft Steigerungen verzeichnen 😏 .

En el post de ayer, decíamos que el *hambre* es una necesidad por comida en general. Cualquier comida, tiene el potencial de saciar el hambre.⠀

El *antojo*, es un deseo por una comida ó un grupo de comida en específico. Por lo general no es una comida ultra-nutritiva, sino más bien una comida ultra-sabrosa, como un Frappuccino, una media luna ó un bowl de Froot Loops a las 11:30 pm.⠀

Cada uno de nosotros va experimentar antojos de distintas maneras y en cierto punto puede ser confuso saber si es hambre ó un antojo.⠀

Eso es porque también cada uno experimenta y soporta la incomodidad del hambre de distintas maneras.⠀

Pero la cruda realidad es que puede que ninguno de nosotros haya experimentado hambre real, como la que experimentan niños en África, por ejemplo.⠀

La comida hoy en día está tan disponible, que puedo decir con confianza que el hambre nunca es una emergencia.⠀

Nuestro cuerpo está perfectamente diseñado para soportar períodos largos de hambre y hambruna. Sin esta habilidad, no hubiéramos sobrevivido mucho tiempo como especie.⠀

Así cómo tenemos la capacidad de soportar períodos largos de hambre, también nuestro cuerpo también tiene formas de informarnos que es hora de comer:⠀

🎼 Nuestro estómago hace ruido⠀
😱 Nuestro humor cambia⠀
🙄 A veces estamos un poco aturdidos⠀

Pero dentro de todo, el hambre se siente físicamente, aparece gradualmente y se vá de la misma manera.⠀

Mientras que los antojos:⠀
🤔 No muestran señales físicas claras⠀
⛑️ Parecen urgencias⠀
😱 Aparecen de la nada y no se van fácilmente⠀

🏆ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS?🏆

✅This exercise is probably my favorite for hamstrings, as it allows a total range of motion with a good stretch, while also being able to get some solid overload. While I do recommend bringing the dumbbells as low as possible for a complete stretch, it is not worth it if that means compromising your lower back. I would say once you feel that hamstring completely stretched, stop, but remember this will vary for different people. For me that is about when my Dumbbells get a bit lower than my knee -
💯Going all the way down to “touch your toes” if that means completely rounding your lower back is not worth the extra range of motion. My first few times trying this exercise I had no idea I had to keep my lower back tight and I looked a lot like the guy on the left, ultimately leading to some lower back injuries

🔥A good idea would be to film yourself doing exercises that are either new or maybe for some reason feel uncomfortable. By assessing the film you may find some errors in your form that need correcting sooner than later

@karamaryn I know for me, waiting until the big kahuna can make me hangry. So to keep anyone tied over until the main course, here's a simple snack that is a) healthy b) delicious and c) so simple (while making you appear to be a culinary genius.

To master you need:
Gluten free cinnamon raisin bread (doesn't have to be gluten free but I prefer mine this way for a firmer base)
Fresh cranberries
Brie cheese
Pinch of Cinnamon/nutmeg

In a pot of water over mediun heat put in a handful of cranberries and wait for water to boil.
At the same time, in a preheated oven (350°F) place a couple (2-3 slices) of bread on aluminium foil. Add some coconut oil to both sides of bread and stick it in the oven for like 5 minutes.

Drain water from cranberries and add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. Mash mash mash!!! And stir.

Cut each slice of toast into 4 squares.

Slather a bit of brie on each piece.

Add cranberry jam on top

Mangia mangia!!
