My “excuse” today is that I put meringue cookies in the oven and couldn’t make pizza in a bowl. 😂😬

50g grape tomatoes 1.4 net carbs.
30g cucumber. 1.1 net carbs.

Kinda eyeball the meat for 3-4oz. Although I ate like an ounce of the Canadian bacon right out of the bag... like a wild animal... .
There is nothing more heavenly than @bufcreamery buffalo mozzarella dipped in EVOO and balsamic. .

Idag var jag sååå sugen på korvstroganoff och så fick det bli! 😋 Alla dieter kan slänga sig i väggen hädanefter! Jag äter det jag känner för men lägger till mycket grönsaker och fullkorn. Men det viktigaste..jag håller koll på kalorier in och kalorier ut med appen Lifesum. Ingen quick fix här inte utan nu är det planering på lång sikt som gäller.

Thursday's workout is done. Commit 30 minutes everyday? If I were doing this at a normal gym I would have said fuck that.

But all I have to do is take my phone downstairs to the garage while the girls nap. Yea, I can do that.

Today was intense, i had to use my shirt to wipe my sweat. Yes that's my flabby belly. That's the belly of a two time mom and a girl who survived an eating disorder.

But guess what, under that flabby skin is muscle that I thought would never be the same again.

Monday = active rest day (touch training) ✔
Tuesday = 530am hiit, P.T 730pm ✔
Wednesday = 530am, 615pm hiit ✔
Thursday = 530am hiit ✔
Friday = 530am hiit and touch game tonight ✔

Yesterdays mad little swim ended up being exactly what the body needed. We went in what we were wearing after Kikis taekwondo. My body especially legs and shoulders were so achy and for good reason.
Woke up this morning for hiit and my body felt reset. So guess who will be jumping for those cold swims more frequently...me 🙋🏽‍♀️😂 For those of you training, I challenge you to try it. I only stayed in for a few mins dove straight under but it was enough.
Stoked with my efforts this week, and even more stoked with how I see my efforts spilling over in my family life and even others around me, we all keep each other motivated and inspired. My kids want to do more and I'm starting to be able to keep up, Jaydens stepped up his fitness and eating habits and we manage to get more done our day to day life.
Try to have no regrets in life but i do wish I'd done this sooner, but everything in life has its place, and time.

Winterapfelmuffin

Rezept :

250 Gramm Vollkornmehl
120 Gramm braunerzucker
130 Gramm magarine
2 Eier
zimt
1 messerspitze Vanille gemahlen
1/2 Backpulver
150 ml Milch
2 Äpfel schneiden
Lebkuchen Gewürz
ca 12 Muffins
Ofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen.
Eier, Mutter und Zucker mixen dann die restlichen Zutaten dazu und die Äpfel zum Schluss. und in förmchen füllen 😊
25 min backen
abkühlen und mit Lebkuchen Glasur überziehen
