Baking day ~ ~ these are a fav around here... GF gingerbread! and they turn out sooo yum
1.5 cups almond meal
1/4 cup tapioca or arrowroot flour
2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking sofa
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
Add some mesquite for extra yuminess!
Then just add dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, form a dough, put in freezer for ten mins then roll out and cookie cut.
In the oven for 10 - 15 mins.
