My workouts and lifts have been SO KILLER lately! Although my motivation has been low this past week, I’m hitting PR’s left and right, getting stronger, trying to gain as much lean muscle as I can in the next few months. BRING. IT. ON. 😈💪🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Gaining lean muscle is actually really difficult, especially if you’ve been lifting for a while. It’s a long process and if I’m LUCKY, I’ll gain a pound of muscle a month! I’m obviously not as lean as I was during my cut, but I can sacrifice abs this winter to make some *booty* gains😊🍑 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m very accepting that I will gain some fat while putting on muscle, but it’ll be 100% worth it in the end once I start my cutting phase! Fully embracing my #bulkingbod for all that it does❤️ and seriously LOVING every step of this journey.
